At present, the court in Yiwu holds the jurisdiction on the civil/commercial dispute cases involving interests of foreigner or Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan residents with respect to which the amount under dispute is less than RMB 3 million. These civil/commercial cases fall into five categories, among which, the contract dispute cases include the contract dispute cases relating to international trade, investment, finance, insurance, financing, lease, guarantee, securities, futures, trust or cooperative operation, and the infringement dispute cases mainly include the dispute cases relating to international-trade fraud, foreign notes, securities, shareholder right, corporate interests or property ownership.
