In case any foreign investor is suspected for having conducted any fraud, the parties concerned shall immediately report to the Economic Investigation Detachment under the Municipal Public Security Bureau, and apply with the court for freezing the properties and bank account of such foreign investor, and request the exit & entry administration department to restrain such foreign investor from leaving China. Once the fraud is confirmed, the public security department may in accordance with the legal procedure, take the corresponding measures.
