In order to further strengthen the supervision and administration on work safety, labor security and food safety and clarify the duties and responsibilities of supervisors, Fotang Town, in accordance with the requirements for “two creations and two improvements,” integrated the three posts including work safety supervisor, labor security supervisor and food safety supervisor under its economic reform office into a brand-new post, namely safety, labor and food supervisor, so as to optimize the configuration of human resources.

　　Feng Shumin, the director of the Fotang Town Economic Reform Office, said: “Though the responsibilities of supervisors are increased after the integration of posts, their salary is also increased and their working enthusiasm is improved.” Through the optimization of configuration and the integration of resources, the administrative team of this town has been continuously strengthened, and the focus of functions and duties for settlement of labor dispute has been continuously lowered, so that it becomes more convenient for supervisors to find and settle the problems on site.
