In order to promote the continuous and all-round implementation of the activity “two creations and two improvements” in the health system, the CPC Committee of the Municipal Health Bureau brought forth the requirements “adhere to one overall requirement, center around two carriers, properly set up three teams, properly carry out four activities and properly complete five works.” These requirement mean that: in the activity “two creations and two improvements,” each CPC member and cadre should set himself an example to others and finally promote the implementation of relevant works; the activity “one show and three implementations” should be intensified continuously (to show the status of CPC member for publicizing the spirit of CPC member, to implement the study and education for improving quality, to implement the technical innovation for promoting development, and to implement the improvement of incorruptibility for building up good image; efforts should be made to become study-type unit, section or individual; the overall quality of league members, female staff members and all stall members should be improved in accordance with the requirements “use the CPC construction to drive the construction of league-member team, the construction of female-member team and finally the construction of all-stall-member tam”; four activities, including the activity for driving the CPC members to create pioneer post, the activity for carrying out skill contest among CPC members, the activity for publicizing heroic deeds of CPC members and the activity for carrying out speech contest under the theme “Five Do’s and Five Don’ts” among CPC member should be initiated; in addition, five works, including the establishment of the system for members of committee of organs directly under the Municipal Health Bureau to contact with grass-root CPC branches, the establishment of the system for the secretary of each grass-root CPC branch to be linked with a model post and two CPC members, the establishment of the mechanism for CPC branches in organs directly under the Municipal Health Bureau to be linked with town-level CPC branches in CPC construction and the cultivation of excellent young staff member and CPC member, should be carried out properly.
