　　In the activity “create advancement and become excellent”, the Municipal Health Bureau called upon all medical and health institutions throughout this City to focus their attention on acting as three pioneers, namely the pioneer in promotion of business, the pioneer in innovation, and the pioneer in creation of excellence. The Municipal Health Bureau requires all medical and health institutions to take “promote reform, seek for innovation and realize breakthrough” as the main contents, take “whether it is favorable for the completion of health works, whether it is favorable for the realization of scientific development in health sector, and whether it is favorable for the improvement of health level of common people” as the inspection criteria, and take “medical reform related tasks are properly implemented, the service level are raised, the working style is improved, and the grass-root organizations are strengthened” as the objective. The Municipal Health Bureau also requires all medical and health institutions to properly carry out other works while properly completing the works required: To intensify the implementation, strengthen the executive force, and act as pioneer in promotion of business; to ensure the health of common people, strengthen the working ability, and act as the pioneer in innovation; to build up the good image, strengthen the cohesive force and act as the pioneer in creation of excellence.

　　Shangxi Town held the mobilization meeting for making specific arrangement for the implementation of the activity “create advancement and become excellent” throughout the town. This town decides to realize 4 Ones by the end of June: each CPC member should, in light of his duties, bring forth one action for participating in the activity “create advancement and become excellent”; each CPC branch should hold one mobilization meeting and formulate one implementation program for the activity “create advancement and become excellent”; the secretary of each CPC branch should make one summary report for works including commitment on promotion of business, family planning and creation of advanced CPC branch.

　　Jiangdong Subdistrict held the meeting of all cadres and persons in charge of various villages, communities and units, and carefully studied the spirit brought forth by the CPC Yiwu Committee for the activity “create advancement and become excellent”. Jiangdong Subdistrict decided to carry out the activity “five brands in construction of CPC organization” among all grass-root CPC branches and CPC members in this subdistrict.
