Choujiang Street further implemented the “Commodities City Pioneer to be Eminent and No. 1” activity themed on “Study and Fulfill the Scientific Outlook on Development and Build up Service-oriented Party Organization”. It made implementation plan, intensified grassroots party organizations and CPC members’ service philosophy, enriched service connotation, extended service means, improve service ability, and faithfully did well the “Serve Development, Serve Society, Serve People, and Serve CPC Members” work.

　　In light of the Organization Department of the Municipal Committee’s uniform deployment and relevant requirements, Choujiang Street founded the “To be Eminent and No. 1” Activity Leadership Team to take charge of the “To be Eminent and No. 1” activity, and it also placed a priority on the “Directed by Secretary, and Direction to Secretary” duty-centric party construction. At the meantime, Choujiang Street adopted diverse means to duly track the activity progress, experiences, measures, and work efficiency, so as to intensify the promotion to eminent experiences, give full swing to models’ leading and radiating roles, and promote all work to become characteristic and advanced.
