Recently, the Standing Member of the Municipal Committee and Organization Minister Miao Yongfa came to the Dachen Township to survey the township’s “To be No. 1 and Eminent” event and “Village-level Rectification” work.

　　After hearing the report from Dachen Township, Miao Yongfa gave full recognition to the township’s work during the village-level rectification process, and he said: “to do well the village-level rectification and “Assistance to Laggard Villages” work is of great significance to the village-level organization’s term shift work. Township party committee shall focus on three points: first, focus on the grassroots level and foundation so as to further rectify the voting conduct & discipline and ensure the order of the term shift work; second, focus on the team and reputation, and enhance the construction of village-level team through diverse means like study & education and dialogue; third, focus on characteristics and public opinion, pay heed to the survey on the public’s degree of satisfaction, and hear public opinions in a modest manner.”

　　After that, Miao Yongfa inspected Beckman Group’s “To be No. 1 and Eminent” work, and he said: “nongovernmental enterprises shall implement the ‘Strong Development, Strong Party Construction, and To be No. 1’ activity, and focus on the development to promote the party construction or vice versa, in order to cultivate a group of model enterprises featuring ‘Strong Development and Strong Party Construction’.
