In the past few days, leadership members of Yiwu Agriculture and Rural Work Office, together with the staff, found out some problems when visiting some rural areas. So they intended to identify several key issues and send some people to do intensive research on these issues.

　　Fu Jianmin, the director of Yiwu Agriculture and Rural Work Office, told us as he looked over the summarized materials yesterday that they were arranging personnel to sort out, analyze and research the new problems reflected a few days earlier, so as to put forward some solutions for decision-making reference by Yiwu Party Committee and government.

　　“Some new problems arosed when the staff from all towns , sub-districts and related departments visited the villages” Fu Jianmin said, “we divided the whole staff into 3 groups to carry out the extensive visits to villages and households, with full implementation of the fifteen-character saying in Chinese, namely‘feeling out public opinion, implementing policies, seeking for development, settling difficulties and solving problems’”.

　　After carrying out the extensive visits to villages and enterprises (market) in our city, Yiwu Agriculture and Rural Work Office has worked out the implementation scheme in time, identified activity contents, main procedures and work requirements, and implemented beautiful countryside construction policies in villages and thousands of households. In addition, Yiwu Agriculture and Rural Work Office, together with cadres and masses within towns, sub-districts and villages, has cleared the thoughts and planned the development. The problems which can be resolved in a short term shall be solved timely; for those emergencies, we promise to come up with corresponding solutions timely, while for those new problems, we will set up a project, do some related research and finally solve them.

　　As for problems which can be resolved rapidly, Yiwu Agriculture and Rural Work Office undertakes on its own initiative and executes coordination for full implementation. Fu Jianmin also said that the extensive visits made them find out some new problems in construction project of beautiful countryside, such as problems on property management and fund management for rural high-rise apartments, management mechanisms for reconstruction project and relationship treatment between conservation of ancient villages & buildings and construction of new countryside. Fu Jianmin stated that Yiwu Agriculture and Rural Work Office would make further investigation & research so as to find some corresponding solutions. (By Fang Xingliang)
