He Meihua Proposed Requirements on Deepening “2 Creations and 2 Improvements” Theme Event

Our mayor He Meihua proposed specific requirements on Party members of the city on implementation of the spirit of the mobilization meeting in deepening “2 Creations and 2 Improvements” theme event yesterday afternoon. He said that the “2 Creations and 2 Improvements” theme event has achieved encouraging results after two years development. The theme event has been endowed with new meaning after building “A City with Two Districts and Six Characteristics” was proposed as a strategic goal in the Civic 13th Party Congress at the beginning of this year. All Party members of the city must act quickly with great enthusiasm and high morale to forge ahead and promote innovation in order to make greater contribution to write a new story of development in Yiwu.
He Meihua pointed that deepening “2 Creations and 2 Improvements” theme event remained a solid foundation in all fields of our work in the coming period. Party organizations at all levels and cadres of broad Party members shall unify thoughts and actions with the decisions made by municipal Party committee and municipal government by further realization of the important meaning of the theme event. We should continuously stress on mature and effective activities such as “emulating, learning from, catching up with, helping and in turn surpassing each other”, “The Pioneer of Commercial Cities”, “Campaign of Excelling in Performances”, “Cadres who Enhance Quality in Ten Aspects and Concentrate on Vigorous Implementation in Ten Aspects”. We should also solidly carry out the large-scale visits of “Entering into villages, enterprises and markets”. The civic “2 Creations and 2 Improvements” office should stress on guidance, coordination and organization of general work. Authorities of each town, street or city shall ensure success of the theme event by making detailed work plans and task decomposition according to their own reality.
He Meihua emphasized at last that the direct purpose of deepening “2 Creations and 2 Improvements” theme event was to forge a cadre team which could conquer adversities and override difficulties by optimizing Party members’ work style. The whole city should focus on the strategic goal of building “A City with Two Districts and Six Characteristics”. Tasks shall be decomposed upon the specific position and duties shall be decomposed upon the specific person according to the theme event as an important carrier.
