Yesterday, the Conference of Promotion for "Innovation and Excellence, Quality and Efficiency" & Mobilization for "Into Villages, Enterprises and Markets" was held.

　　Huang Zhiping first summed up the results gained in last year's Innovation and Excellence, Quality and Efficiency (IEQE). Last year, we insisted on improving our abilities by tackling incompetence, improving our efficiency by tacking laziness, correcting our tones by tackling slack, and strengthening our vigor by innovation. He said that we must promote our work with high standards and strict requirements. Generally, the theme activity presented Five Highlights: taking Assemble Forces and Serve Development as the primary task to implement IEQE and promoting further the quality of development; taking Deepen Reform and Strengthen Innovation as the core content for implementing IEQE and strengthening further the vigor of development; taking Optimize Services and Benefit People as the key goal of implementing IEQE and improving our environment for development; taking Conquer Difficulties and Solve Problems as the inspection standard of implementing IEQE and promoting the solving of development difficulties and; taking Fulfill Commitment and Improve Efficiency as the assurance for implementing IEQE and promote the transformation of our cadres' work style.

　　Our practice proves that, Huang said, IEQE is effective, which assembled many efforts and great devotion from municipal Party and government organizations, Party members and cadres. He hoped that all people of the city should cherish these results and the sound work situation; seriously sum up good experience and methods learned in activities and spread them in future work.

　　The“Into Villages and Enterprises (Markets)”Extensive Visit activity, Huang stressed, is well linked with each department and covers a wide range of units, and all tasks are arranged in a short period of time, and so the activity is an important stage for promoting the transformation of work style and the implementation of tasks. Therefore, he continued, all people of the city should lay great emphasis on the activity and organize it well, and accomplish the Two Intos (go into basic levels and people) by implementing Into Villages and Enterprises (Markets), Two Covers for all administrative villages and the enterprises in hard circumstances and Double Services for enterprises and basic levels. Meanwhile, we must plan things as a whole and promote activities such as "Emulate, Learn from, Catch up with, Help and in turn Surpass Each Other", "Commitment for Starting up Business" and Striving for Dual-tens Cadres. Party and government organizations at every level should take these activities as a stage and solidly improve their initiative and enthusiasm for the work style construction.

　　The great goal of Two Districts and Six Cities is summoning us, Huang said at last, and we must deepen IEQE, improve the construction of cadres' work style, and those are keys for accomplishing our goals. We must dedicate ourselves to these theme activities with sense of responsibility, urgency and crisis, making exploitation, moving forward, working in a down-to-earth manner and striving for Two Districts and Six Cities!
