We should strictly carry out the safety production supervision and law enforcement. We should adhere to the supervision and law enforcement measures in combination of rigid law enforcement and flexible service, strengthen the supervision mode of Double Random and One Open and increase the penalty in the field of safety production.

We should strengthen the emergency duty to ensure social stability and security. Each town, sub-district office and department should further strengthen the emergency duty, strictly implement the system of leaders on duty, 24-hour duty for important posts and information reporting. In addition, we should further improve all kinds of emergency rescue plans according to the actual situation and strengthen the emergency rescue drills so as to ensure the timely report, response and disposal of the emergency, minimize the loss of the accidents and make every effort to ensure the life and property safety of the people.
