On March 21, it was reported by the Yiwu Postal Administration that the postal industry's delivery volume in Yiwu from January to February this year reached a total of 1.74 billion pieces, representing a year-on-year increase of 21.9%. Among them, the cumulative delivery volume of express service companies reached 1.73 billion pieces, also growing by 21.9% compared to the same period last year.

In recent years, Yiwu has focused on promoting development, serving people's livelihoods, and ensuring safety, accelerating the high-quality development of the express delivery industry. This effort has led to the formation of an express delivery industry ecosystem with the largest scale, most extensive network, fastest speed, and most favorable prices. According to statistics, there are currently more than 130 express delivery companies in Yiwu, with over 500 business outlets, 159 express processing sites, 16 large-scale distribution centers, and nearly 30,000 employees in the industry. The average delivery time for express delivery has been reduced from the previous 3-4 days to 48 hours for major cities nationwide, with next-day delivery achieved in the Yangtze River Delta region.
