近日，义乌被中国轻工业联合会授予“中国化妆品（彩妆）基地”称号，成为全国首个专注于化妆品（彩妆）产业的国家级基地。

Recently, Yiwu has been awarded the title of "China Cosmetics (Color Makeup) Base" by the China National Light Industry Council, becoming the nation's first national-level base dedicated to the color makeup industry.

化妆品（彩妆）产业是义乌市传统优势产业之一，目前全市共有169家化妆品生产企业，其中80%以上是彩妆企业，化妆品辅材和配套企业300余家，市场销售主体（含电商）3000余家。同时，全市已建成和在建化妆品园区3家，其中国家小型微型企业创业创新示范基地1家、浙江省四星级化妆品园区1家；国家高新技术企业27家，规模以上企业40多家；相关企业拥有企业技术中心17个，参与制定标准13项，形成各类专利400余项。

The cosmetics (color makeup) industry is one of Yiwu's traditional industries with competitive advantages. Currently, there are 169 cosmetics manufacturing enterprises in the city, over 80% of which are involved in color makeup production. There are more than 300 auxiliary and supporting enterprises for cosmetics, and over 3,000 market sales entities (including those engaged in e-commerce). In addition, three cosmetics parks have been built or are under construction in the city, including one National Micro and Small Enterprises Entrepreneurship and Innovation Demonstration Base and one Zhejiang Provincial Four-Star Cosmetics Park; there are 27 national high-tech enterprises and more than 40  enterprises above designated size; related companies possess 17 enterprise technology centers, have participated in setting 13 standards, and have developed over 400 various patents.

相关数据显示，2023年，义乌市化妆品（彩妆）产业实现规上产值36亿元，其中出口超80%，约占全国彩妆出口额的三分之一，全市规上化妆品制造业实现了35%以上的增长，增幅列各传统产业前茅。

Data shows that in 2023, the city’s cosmetics (color makeup) industrial output value of enterprises above designated size achieved 3.6 billion yuan, with exports accounting for over 80%, approximately one-third of the country's total color makeup export volume. The above-scale cosmetics manufacturing industrial growth reached over 35%, the highest among traditional industries.

“一直以来，我市致力于打造先进制造业产业集群，推动产业经济高质量发展，中国化妆品（彩妆）基地的获批将为我市化妆品产业提供更高的发展平台和更广的发展空间。”市经信局相关负责人表示，化妆品产业链已列入义乌重点发展的六大产业链之一，我市将加大对化妆品产业链的政策支持，围绕化妆品品牌培育、研发、生产、销售、人才引进及公共服务平台建设等多个环节，形成更完整的产业链，促进化妆品产业持续高质量发展，进一步提升义乌在化妆品产业领域的影响力和竞争力。

"Yiwu has always been committed to building advanced manufacturing industry clusters and promoting high-quality industrial economic development. The approval of the China Cosmetics (Color Makeup) Base will surely provide more opportunities for the further development of our city's cosmetics industry," said a relevant official from the Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology. The cosmetics industry chain has been included in six major industry chains that Yiwu focuses on developing. The city will step up policy support for the cosmetics industry chain, focusing on brand cultivation, research and development, production, sales, talent introduction, and the development of public service platforms,  to form a more complete industry chain. We aim to promote the sustainable and high-quality development of the cosmetics industry and further enhance Yiwu's influence and competitiveness in the field of the cosmetics industry.
