Time limit for handling:

As for the application of Taiwan Pass and of endorsement for going to Taiwan at one time, the Exit &Entry Administration Department of Public Security shall, within 10 working days since accepting the application, complete the application material examination and approval as well as the certificate and endorsement making and issuing. As to the application for endorsement under the precondition of holding the Pass, it is required to complete the examination and approval as well as the endorsement making and issuing. 

As for the emergency application, it is required to follow the principle of sudden handling for emergency and examine and approve the application in priority. The related matters shall be handled well in 5 working days.   (The working days above are all exclusive of the investigation time at other places, material supplementing time, and posting time on route)

①Item: Taiwan Pass for Mainland Chinese; standard: 30 yuan/certificate

② Item: one-time endorsement and notation; standard: 20yuan/item 

③ Item: Multi-time endorsement; standard: 100 yuan/item

Acceptance conditions:

① The citizens of Yiwu without the legal forbidden conditions to leave the country go to Taiwan to visit relatives, reunite with relatives, visit patients, live, return to hometown, and depend on  relatives;

②The corresponding effective Taiwan Entry Permit is necessary in advance; ③ It is required to have an interview with the applicant and propose necessary inquiries.

List of documents:

①The applicant shall be on site for application, and submit and fill in the complete Application Form for Mainland Chinese to Go to Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan in duplicate.

② Submit the personal effective ID card, Household Register (or residence certificate) (original and two copies), and take a digital photo on site.

③ Submit the Taiwan Entry Permit or the related certificates in original for Taiwan entry for inspection. It is required to provide copy in duplicate.

④ Submit the supporting materials related to application matter.

⑤ It is required to also submit the effective Taiwan Pass if any. The applicant losing the certificate shall submit the certificate for loss issued by the Public Security Station at the place where the certificate was lost.

⑥ The state workers in registration shall submit the opinions of their HR supervisors when applying for going to Taiwan.  

Handling procedures:

The applicant shall make an application to the Exit and Entry Administration Department of Yiwu Public Security Bureau, and the Exit and Entry Administration Department, after accepting the application, shall report it to the Exit and Entry Administration Department of Junhua Public Security Bureau for approval. After such approval, the provincial Public Security Bureau will make the certificate.  After the certificate is made, for applicants who fail to handle the express mail service, the Entry-Exit Administration of Zhejiang Provincial Public Security Department shall mail the certificate to the Entry & Exit Administration of Yiwu Public Security Bureau, and the applicants may obtain the certificate at the Entry & Exit Administration of Yiwu Public Security Bureau by presenting the receipt of accepted application; those applicants who have handled the express mail service may sign for the certificate delivered by the post office with the receipt issued by the Entry & Exit Administration of Yiwu Public Security Bureau and the ID card of the recipient.
