Yiwu Visa Application Form for Foreigner’s Visit in China (please visit the website: wqzc.yiwu.gov.cn and download the form from the “Relevant Download Area”); the passport copy (including the invited person(s)’s name, nationality, passport number and period of validity of the passport); the visa page recording the latest visit to China and the customs’ records (for application for multi-entry visa, please provide the visa page recording each time’s visiting China in the latest half year and the customs’ records); copy of ocean bill of lading; in the case of any discrepancy between the “Visa Issue Place” and “Nationality”, it’s required to submit the foreign businessman’s residence permit in the country of “Visa Issue Place” and mark “This is the residence permit of (person) in (country)” and affix with the official seal of the inviting unit; for enterprises handling such application for the first time, it’s required to furnish the copy of the enterprise’s Business License; when necessary, Yiwu Foreign & Overseas Chinese Affairs Office may ask the applicant to furnish other supplementary materials.
