Recently, Ge Guoqing, the member of the standing committee of the municipal party committee and the secretary of the discipline inspection commission, and Hu Aifen, the deputy secretary of the discipline inspection commission, led the related staffs from the leading group office of the thematic approaches of “2 Creations and 2 Improvements” to investigate and survey the towns and streets of Chengxi, Choujiang, Choucheng and Shangxi in Yiwu City so as to find new carriers, new measures and new ideas for further deepening the thematic approach.

　　The survey group listened carefully to the working reports of the principals of the towns and streets about the implementation of the thematic approaches of “2 Creations and 2 Improvements”; they also asked for related opinions and suggestions based on their own feature of the various regions and how to further deepen the work of the next step.

　　Ge Guoqing said that the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” was a period, in which the strategy and opportunity of innovation and development were offered to us; as a result, we should stick to the key spirits of innovation, creating excellence, increasing quality and efficiency and further strengthen the work style construction of the vast cadres based on the emphases of increasing the executive force and dynamics of innovation, the hand grab of promoting the key project and the driving force of setting up the advanced models. Meanwhile, we should aim at the panel points and difficult problems, make clear the working thoughts, and ingeniously utilize different means to break through the difficulties with flexible working methods and through the construction of efficient mechanism to promote the coordinate cooperation among the functional departments, streets and towns.
