Right after the Spring Festival, our city held a meeting of cadres centering on “deepening the theme activity (of 2 Creations and 2 Improvements (Creation of Innovation and Excellence and Improvement of Quality and Efficiency)) in order to provide a strong style guarantee for accelerating the construction of ‘ two districts and six towns’” as the main content. This is third time that we held the mobilization meeting for the theme activity of “2 Creations and 2 Improvements (Creation of Innovation and Excellence and Improvement of Quality and Efficiency)” just after the Spring Festival. This has shown the city leaders’ determination and confidence of promoting the work. We believe that, the people of the whole city, especially the leading cadres at all levels, can transform the festive atmosphere of the Spring Festival into the enthusiasm for work, and carry forward the fine style of being hard-working, righteous and brave. They will make innovation and excellence, improve the quality and efficiency, strive solidly, they will take on the historical mission of propelling the experimental units (of international trade's comprehensive reformation), and will successfully achieve the annual objectives, which will offer a strong guarantee for accelerating the construction of ‘two districts and six towns’.

The Municipal Committee and Municipal People's Government have stated the activity of “2 Creations and 2 Improvements (Creation of Innovation and Excellence and Improvement of Quality and Efficiency)” for the third time. With the style of being vigorous and resolute, momentum of perseverance, attitude of objectiveness and candor, they have made self-inspection and self-analysis for the second time. They have emphasized the importance and necessity of “2 Creations and 2 Improvements (Creation of Innovation and Excellence and Improvement of Quality and Efficiency)” for the experimental units of international trade's comprehensive reformation, and for the construction of ‘two districts and six towns’. Just like the words said by Secretary Zhiping Huang in his report, “for developing new objects, we must deepen ‘2 Creations and 2 Improvements (Creation of Innovation and Excellence and Improvement of Quality and Efficiency)’ to clarify new ideas; for developing new situations, we must deepen ‘2 Creations and 2 Improvements (Creation of Innovation and Excellence and Improvement of Quality and Efficiency)’ to meet new challenges; and for the new expectation of people, we must deepen ‘2 Creations and 2 Improvements (Creation of Innovation and Excellence and Improvement of Quality and Efficiency)’ to solve new problems.

We must dare to " innovate", dare to undertake and be aggressive, in order to realize the experimental units of international trade's comprehensive reformation and impel the construction of ‘two districts and six towns’! We must strive to solve the outstanding problems which are reflected by cadres and the masses at the basic level, and we should do our best to solve the key and difficult problems in the development of economy and society. We must strongly impel the experimental units, promote the economic transition, promote the great emancipation of mind and the big change of style. We must seek for truth and be practical, dare to assume responsibilities, keep our word, and never give up. We must work hard with a broader mind and more pragmatic spirit.
