To consolidate the hard-won achievement on Covid-19 prevention and control and ensure residents’ health and safety, after deliberation, Yiwu Covid-19 Prevention and Control  Headquarters has decided to conduct nucleic acid testing in certain areas in Yiwu. Hereby, we make the following announcement:

On April 26, 2022(Tuesday), two stages

Stage one: Sampling in key areas, from 7:00 am to 11:00 am

Stage two: Sampling in other areas, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm

1.Key areas

(1) Locked-down areas, managed and controlled areas, and precautionary areas in Jiangdong Sub-district and Choujiang Sub-district; Locked-down areas, managed and controlled areas in Fotang Town; closed -loop management areas in Beiyuan Sub-district.  

(2) Door to door nucleic acid testing will be conducted in schools, markets, construction sites, enterprises above designated size, and logistics parks.

2.Other areas

The areas within Hangzhou-Jinhua-Quzhou expressway(G60)-Yidong expressway-Sufu road-G351 national highway terminus extended to Ningbo-Jinhua expressway-Shugang high speed way-areas inside the high speed loop of Hangzhou-Jinhua-Quzhou, including areas in Choujiang Sub-district, Jiangdong Sub-district Beiyuan Sub-district, Chengxi Sub-district, Niansanli Sub-district, Houzhai Sub-district, Choucheng Sub-district, Futian Sub-district,Suxi Town, etc.

3.Testing groups

1.All residents within these areas;

2.Residents with an yellow or red QR code.

Testing sites will be made available in villages, communities, schools and office buildings. The exact locations and service time will be notified and staggered working hours will be arranged to ensure the order and efficiency of testing.

1.During the sampling, relevant areas will be under traffic and travel control. During that period, without special exemptions, persons and vehicles will not be allowed to leave the controlled areas while entering will still be allowed.

2. The residents are urged to observe personal protection protocols, wearing masks throughout the process, queuing in an orderly manner, practising a public distance of more than 2 meters. Avoid idle talking, crowding each other or touching the sampling table and doctor's protective clothing. Residents with red health codes will be required to wait in a designated area. Residents with yellow health codes will use special channels to be tested. Remember to bring the mobile phone (or ID card if there is no smart mobile phone) and go to the designated nucleic acid sampling site, following the guidance of the staff on site.  Follow the steps of scanning the "venue code" and showing the "Health Code", actively cooperate with the staff, obey the on-site instructions, queue in a orderly line. After sampling, residents are strongly encouraged to go back immediately to the residential places without gathering, and do a good job of personal hygiene after returning. In case of a long queue, please wait patiently, keep a stable mood and behave like a responsible resident.

3. At present, the epidemic prevention and control situation in our city is  stable. There are no shortages of water, electricity and gas supply. The supplies of food and other daily necessities are sufficient to meet the demands of all residents. There is no need for panic. All residents shall trust information from the reliable channels. Do not make up or spread rumors. Please stay vigilant on monitoring personal health and strictly observe epidemic prevention and control protocols. If there are symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, decreased sense of smell and taste, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat and if the health codes turn yellow or red, please report to the village (community) committee in time. If there is any violation that causes the spread of the disease, the legal responsibilities of the persons involved will be investigated according to the law.
