On Jan. 3, the “Belt and Road” International Business School of Renmin University of China (RUC) was officially inaugurated in Yiwu.

Jointly established by RUC and the People’s Government of Yiwu City, the “Belt and Road” International Business School is a secondary school under the university, aiming to give full play to the discipline advantages of RUC in the field of philosophy and social sciences and the characteristic advantages of the national high-end think tank and to build a new type of school centered on China’s independent knowledge system in the new era.

At the ceremony, two high-level research centers, namely the “Foreign Legal Consulting Service Center (Yiwu)” and the “Common Prosperity Workshop Research Center [Rural Revitalization Consulting Service Center (Yiwu)]”, were also inaugurated. The Law School of RUC signed cooperation agreements with the Intermediate People’s Court and the People’s Procuratorate of Jinhua City, and the Business School of RUC signed a cooperation agreement with Zhejiang Transportation Investment Talent Development Group.
