By innovating digital application scenarios, the Yiwu Market Supervision Administration has established the province’s first intelligent registration system, achieving intelligent handling of all types of business entities throughout the entire life cycle, and the workload of a single matter handled has been reduced by over 85%.

In terms of optimizing business services throughout the entire life cycle, the Yiwu Market Supervision Administration has implemented “one matter” for enterprise establishment, that is, integrating seven matters related to enterprise establishment, such as business license application, official seal engraving, and tax ticket application, into one entry and one link, thus realizing one-network handling and settlement within one day. The online handling rate of enterprise establishment has reached 99%. Additionally, the Administration has launched a “start-up gift package” that includes free business license delivery, free seal engraving, and free tax Ukey distribution, achieving zero cost for enterprise establishment.
