The procurement group was organized and invited by Commodities City Group. To welcome the purchasers, Commodities City Group had communicated and coordinated with some merchants of target industries in advance to ensure a full range of samples and accurate quotations. “We have specially prepared pet clothing and smart feeders suitable for the Southeast Asian market and arranged Thai interpreters to facilitate communication with customers,” said a pet supplies merchant. Merchants in the cosmetics area focused on promoting sun protection and whitening products and Internet-famous makeup products based on the demands of the Thai market to attract the attention of local wholesalers and social e-commerce buyers.

Data shows that in the first four months of this year, Yiwu’s import and export value with ASEAN reached CNY 23.47 billion, an increase of 12.3% year on year, demonstrating the strong vitality of regional economic and trade cooperation.
